For Landlords

Our Property Manager will ensure your investment is taken care of, by placing the right tenants, with the right credentials - into your property. A strict vetting process is adhered to; credit and reference checks are all part of the tenanting process.

For Tenants

We have great clients who deserve great tenants. So if you are looking for a rental, can convince us you are the right fit for the property, and have credentials and references to back you up, then give us a call! We just may have what you are looking for right now.

Tenancy Services

We've put together a selection of links (below) that take you to the Tenancy Services website (NZ).

This website provides information on your rights and responsibilities as a landlord or tenant. They also provide guidance on dealing with common tenancy issues.

  • Starting a tenancy
Get your agreement in writing so there is no doubt as to what has been agreed to. Keep receipts of payments.
  • Rent, bond and bills
Find the market rent in your area. Read about rent, bond and other expenses that landlords and tenants need to pay when they rent a property.
  • Maintenance and inspections
Regularly checking the property and repairing any damage or wear and tear as soon as possible is important.
  • Ending a tenancy

Things you should know about when a tenancy ends.
  • Disputes
One of the most important ways of avoiding problems is by keeping in contact and sorting out any problems as soon as they happen. If you can’t sort out the problem you have a few options to help resolve the issue.
